2024 Therapist Programme

The therapist programme is the natural follow-on from the Level One course for those wishing to deepen there practice and take the journey to become a Zenthai Therapist.
The course is divided into seven four-day modules plus student clinic/graduation. Completion of Level-One is a prerequisite. Each intensive workshop focuses on aspects of structural and energetic bodywork, aligned with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 12 Threads of Zenthai Shiatsu. We begin each day embodying qualities through movement-based practice. Combined delivery of theory and practice, each class runs from 8:30 → 4:30pm.

Zenthai Level 1
Bringing Freedom to the structural and energetic body.
Zenthai Shiatsu is a movement based therapy that draws from Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai massage and Osteopathic technique, woven together with mindfulness at the core.

Each day includes a dynamic morning yoga class.
- Learn a 90 minute sequence that offers a full body treatment for you to share with your loved ones.
- An opportunity for self inquiry, growth and deep learning.
- A great addition/compliment to other forms of bodywork, yoga or healing.
- Conscious connection with community.
The Level One is the pre-requisite to the 9 month Therapist Training.
CPE points can be claimed for the 32 hours of professional education.

Zenthai Flow Series at the beach. You are welcome to join. Please contact Sonia for the meting point and if you are planning to join. If the weather is not suitable she can let you know where we will do our yoga session. Exchange is $10.
Open Day
No bookings necessary, please join us for:
A community day… with options to move, nourish yourself and vocalis your heart essence with us. You can receive a 30 minute Zenthai sessions - $30 or some chai $5. We will be raising funds for families in Palestine.
The day will flow with:
9am - Zenthai flow … please bring your yoga mat
Movement is medicine. Enjoy Zenthai Flow with Sonia and connect into the rivers of energy within yourself and pulse in rhythm with the Zenthai students and community.
10.30am - Relak
After the yoga there will be the opportunity to book in a 30 minute Zenthai treatment with one of our graduating therapists - $30. Or hang out with a chai and connect with the beautiful Zenthai community.
12pm Heartsongs
Angela Robb and her harmonium will be guiding us in some beautiful mantras as we join our voices in a heartful ceremony.
